Ronin Warriors Information

Ronin Warriors is the dubbed version of the anime Yoroiden Samurai Troopers. It was produced by Graz Entertainment and distributed by Cinba and recorded by Oceans Productuctions in 1995. It aired on the Sci-Fi channel and then later Toonami on the Cartoon Network. The anime ran for 39 episodes and three OAVs.

The legend goes: When the earth is covered by a dark, wicked shadow, the Ronin Warriors will come to save us." (Mia Koji). The story centers on the supernatural attack of Toyama, Japan under Talpa's orders. The first Ronin to show up is the boy named Ryo Sanada along with his white tiger and faithful companion White Blaze.

As the story progresses, Ryo is joined by the other four Ronin Warriors; Rowen Hashiba, Kento Rei Faun, Cye Mouri, and Sage Date. They are imbued with mystical powers of an armor that long ago once belonged to Talpa. Throughout the series, the five Ronin Warriors go through hell fighting the evil Dynasty and working to prevent Talpa from reclaiming his original armor and merging Earth with the Dynasty itself, while learning about the origins of their armor and about their own spirits. It is an anime based on friendship, loyalty, and sacrifice.
